    Thank you for your post. I'm sorry that you're unable to take a reading from your BPM Connect after an update. 

     

    I appreciate your effort in performing some troubleshooting steps to rectify the situation. Could you try to take a reading and make sure to follow the steps outlined here

    Sorry I cannot find a way to do a new post so I am give me a chance in putting it to a comment on an existing post.

    @Withings R&D. Would it be possible to have an automated reading (3x) but instead of doing an average having the 3 readings... My doctor does not recognise average as such. The 3 readings done with 3 min apart are to be compared separately. Moreover, the if an average should be done we should do it between diastolic with a weight of 1 and systolic with a weight of 2 and have an average below 100 ! I believe each doctor have their own formula hence the need to have a x3 automated reading but getting the 3 readings separately and one can decide which formula he wants to apply to these.
