BPx3 -> “stop”

Hi, I used to measure BP x3, but at some point decide started showing “Stop” and won’t measure. I’m completely still when I measure BP, plus when I turn to regular (not x3) - it measures without any problem. I’ve updated both the device and the app. Disconnected and reconnected again, I even paired it with another device for experiment and it still shows “stop” when BPx3 while measuring normally on regular (not x3). Needless to say that I’m indeed completely still and device is well positioned according to instructions. Any ideas? Suggestions ?

    Thank you for your post. I'm sorry that you're unable to take a reading from your BPM Connect after an update. 

     

    I appreciate your effort in performing some troubleshooting steps to rectify the situation. Could you try to take a reading and make sure to follow the steps outlined here?

    Sorry I cannot find a way to do a new post so I am give me a chance in putting it to a comment on an existing post.

    @Withings R&D. Would it be possible to have an automated reading (3x) but instead of doing an average having the 3 readings... My doctor does not recognise average as such. The 3 readings done with 3 min apart are to be compared separately. Moreover, the if an average should be done we should do it between diastolic with a weight of 1 and systolic with a weight of 2 and have an average below 100 ! I believe each doctor have their own formula hence the need to have a x3 automated reading but getting the 3 readings separately and one can decide which formula he wants to apply to these. Thanks for consideration for this Request for Enhancement. And sorry to post this in their.....
