Got my scale back then when it used to be Nokia... Never had a problem. A couple of months ago I had this issue of not measuring body fat %... After trying everything in the post, Reset to Factory settings, re-install, delete my account, app, scale and set up with a new e-mail... Nothing worked.
So I found the perfect solution: Bin the scale, delete everything from Withings and never buy their products again.
