    Just received a letter from Withings thanking me for being one of the first to buy the Body Scan. Seems like a cruel joke given they don't really care about product feedback.

    My ticket too.  Just posted this on Withings Facebook and in their messages.

    I now wonder whether anyone at Withings is aware that the API on the PC app, does not sync with the new Scan scale where the data fully appears on the iPhone, BUT only Weight and BMI on the PC.

    For 12 years, I seldom used my phone and always used my PC to look at the Data and graphs. NOW I cannot.  Suggestions please.  Support is no longer answering my ticket, and either has given up, are rude, no longer interested, or the support site no longer exists.

    ANYONE CARE TO COMMENT??

    Good idea.  All of the current YouTube Scan reviews already have my comments about the API.

    This is becoming a joke for Withings.  An 11 year old could update the PC API overnight!!!

    I wrote to them on Twitter, got a reply, no updates here or on my ticket.
    No one know how to update an API?
    The API person left the company? 😂

    I see that there was a comment posted by Armelle, which has now been removed.
    I tried to change the units of fat mass from % to kg and that partially fixed the web dashboard. The API is still missing that data though. How hard can it be?
    All previous Withings scales are exporting that data correctly, all of them except your flagship…

    As loyal owners and users, I believe we are owed more of an explanation than Gerry-rigging temporary fixes from Customer Service.  It would be nice if the President and head of Technical would personally address this issue directly in the forum where there are supporters of Withings' most expensive personal scale available and perhaps Withings' most expensive product. 

    Initially, there is no need to rewrite the whole web app.  Rewrite, for now, the panel of measurements so, at a minimum, that we see what we used to see.  Next, add all new measurements to the panel, presented as a more extensive laundry list.    Later, add graphs, and lastly, add any other goodies such as trends, suggestions, observations and some AI.

    We, the 1st owners of this impressive scale, after 5 months, deserve more than minimal token lip service!!

    Finally! Only took 4 months! I can confirm that all additional metrics seem to be syncing to Garmin now via SmartScaleSync just fine which is awesome 👍

    My withings app is only showing weight and BMI … august 9th 2023 . When are you going to fix this . I always use to show everything the scale showed , what happened to that ability to see all that for weekly or monthly viewings!!!! Arghhhh , frustrating
