    Mine was connected fine, now it shows not connected and when I try to reconnect it, it wants me to register again and download the app. Why is is doing this and how do I fix it?

    My scale is also connected to WiFi and also not syncing with Noom. I will return this thing if it doesn’t sync. That was the entire reason I purchased it in the first place. I have other scales that I can use and it looks as if I should have stayed with my old one.

    When I received my scale it told me my weight, showed if I gained or lost, gave me my BWI and the local weather. Now all it shows is my weight. I’ve tried every recommended fix but nothing works.

    I'm having the same problem. Did anyone end up returning their scale? Did you go through Noom or Withings?

    Hi all,

    This issue was plaguing me for months and I believe I've found the answer.  Came here to hopefully resolve the issue for others.

    I was able to solve this issue by configuring the scale to connect to a 2.4Ghz ONLY WiFi network.  Originally I had it connected to a WiFi that allowed both 2.4 and 5GHz and it would just never sync, only the first time when setting up the device to the network.

    Depending on your router, you should be able to create an additional WiFi network thats locked to 2.4GHz.  If you cant, consider forcing your main WiFi to sit on 2.4GHz dedicated.

    Then, just go through setup again, pointing the scale to that WiFi.

    I've had my Body scale report consistently back to Withings and any connected apps like Healthmate, Home Assistant etc.  The sync seems to happen regularly (I'd say longer than 10 mins, less than 30), so if you arent seeing the readings reflected in that kind of time frame, somethings wrong.

    I'm going to try this. This is the second time that the scale goes about 1 week without reading my weight to the computer. If this doesn't help. It's time for a new scale

    Withings scale is no longer synching to my Noom app which is the reason I bought the scale in the first place. And where is customer service?!! I’m tired of troubleshooting rabbit holes that don’t answer my question.

    On verge of returning this scale.

    Same problem with syncing to Noom. It used to and. Is doesn’t. I liked my old scale perfectly fine but thought the Withings scale would be a nice shortcut. It’s not. Zero way to contact the company. Jerks

    Just bought my scale and troubled by the lack of feedback this company provides here. Think I'll attempt to return.
