I have the exact same problem. Sick of deleting app, reinstalling for it to work 1 day then fail again. These are expensive scales and the amount of issues end-users are reporting is staggering. You are better off purchasing a cheaper, more reliable option.

I have the same issue, and agree it is unacceptable. Should be simple to fix - I also have to delete and reinstall the Withings app on a regular basis. The link with Apple Health and not having to enter daily weights manually was the main reason I bought the Withing scales, and its not working.

Same problem here. Interestingly blood preassure and temperature goes stright into the apple health app but the sync of weight and fat are not working since the upgrade in November 22. It‘s realy annoying to wait for such a basic bug improvement for so long.
Is it an ignorance or lack of coding skills? Both not great for withings reputation … keeping their customers frustrated every morning …

These scales are a total waste of money!
More than $250. I through them in the bin and purchased the Renpho scales with the rechargeable battery for $45. They work a treat and fully sync well with their app & the health app.
I can't believe they couldn't do a firmware update to fix the Withings problems.

Same issue. I did everything I found listed on forums, FAQs, etc - down to reinstalling the app. No bueno. Data is simply not being sent to the Apple Health app. Unfortunately, Withings seems to no longer be replying to posts, and there is absolutely no contact info for the company to get actual support for products purchased. Absolute no-go and will avoid buying any Withings products in the future.

Synchronising data from one app to another is a trivial task yet Withings fails at this spectacularly.
Every morning its customers curse its name in frustration and Withings simply does not care. They can’t even be bothered to reply to this thread.
Each of us has spent money on their products in good faith only to find that data rarely, if ever, synchronises. No remedy has ever been provided.
Withings is an absolute disgrace that operates in bad faith. I shall not hesitate to share my experience with potential customers to ensure they keep their wallets and their sanity intact by never dealing with these clowns.

I purchased a "Body Smart" scale a few weeks ago and need to logout and re-login every day for the weight and body composition to be visible in the iPhone App. It syncs to the withings web portal just fine, as its all there to be seen in the browser. But for it to show up in the app, i need to relogin every day.
If this is not fixed i will return the scale and buy one from a different manufacturer. I also have the sleep analyzer but i dont think i will keep this either, since i doubt withings ability to support their products long-term when it cannot even make this simple number #1 use case work.
I have outlined the exact same behaviour here: Weight and body composition does not sync with iPhone App – Withings | Support

Look at the amount of customers that have been sucked in to purchase these expensive scales which don't work. Withings could simply fix the problems with a firmware upgrade but don't.
Need to warn future customers to stay away from the Withings products and purchase alternative products which are 'fit for purpose'. Note: I have already thrown the scales I purchased in the bin and purchased a set of Renpho scales at 1/5 of the price and they work brilliantly.

I'm sick how careless withings is, giving ZERO attention to what's community got to say.
The basic features malfunction, no fix for years, no sign of whether someone in a life time has ever read the forum.
Weight won't sync to apple hearth;
Neither ECG, and ton of other heart params;
People asking for Inline Skating activity for damn years! - no clue by far;
Weight in badges don't appear in achievements (what a problem, I know, but nevertheless)
Scale and watch is a whole bunch of money, yet the potentially thorough ecosystem is operational at 1/3 of it's capacity. Ridiculous

Don't waste your time with these idiots!
I threw my scales in the bin.
Go buy yourself a set of Renpho scales with the USB rechargeable batteries. They are cheap work a treat. I have no problems with their app and syncs well with the Apple Health app.

Spread the word for people to NOT BUY Withings products. They are a disaster!
