Withings Account with multiple users, syncs wrong user's data

I am also experiencing something similar. The Withings account is me, and household is two other members. I sync fitness data from Apple Health with Withings. When one of the other users (that do not sync anything other than their weight from the scale) view their data in the app, my fitness and exercise data gets mingled in with theirs. Is this going to be fixed?

Same. I set up a kid profile for my 7 year old daughter. She weighed herself fine. When I switched to her profile on my Withings app her weight was there but she had all my workouts and 15k steps a day. How can I fix this? I also import/export data from apple health.

So frustrated with this undocumented feature of mixing up measurements and the lack of support on this. It is assigning measurements to the wrong user. My kids and I are about 70 lbs apart and this morning, it assigned yet again to my daughter, who now according to Withings has a BMI of 67. What use is this at this point? I can't reassign in the app, have to do it via the web I've discovered, but this is not a solution. Maybe if there are enough returns to the store, someone will start paying attention?

I'm experiencing the same issue. The worst part is that it corrupts everything in the Apple Health application. It also has a negative impact on the calorie consumption recorded in the Apple Workout app. For instance, if my son weighs in with my scale, his weight will be imported into the Apple Health App, and as a result, I'll show a calorie consumption that's five times less per hour than it should be. The only workaround is to manually delete the incorrect data in the Health app

I’m also experiencing this issue, can anyone from Withings support address this?

Having the same issue. Support isn't helping and I've tried everything I can think of to solve this issue.
Tried to delete all the false data in mobile, it came back.
Tried to delete all the false data in the web app, it came back.
Tried to reassign all the false data to the correct user profile, it came back under the wrong profile.

It was all useless and waste of time just as the assigned support agent.

Did anyone come up with a resolution?

I have the same issue, my apple health data is linking to my child’s data profile which makes the scale unusable in getting accurate data. @withings it seems to be a year since this issue is there a way to disconnect my health data if there isn’t a fix on the way?

I also have the same issue, seemingly Withings Support is not reading or addressing the thread - not sure what else can de done at this point.

I have weight and BP data going to the wrong accounts and I'm being told that most of that data cannot be reassigned....  Also right now I'm using my BP cuff and it is selecting the wrong user and I cannot change it and I cannot reassign the data after the fact. I guess I will be looking for an alternative to Withings since they cannot handle data management on the most basic terms.... What a cluster..... time suck!

This is unacceptable.  I see that I am not the only one having this issue and nobody is responding with an answer

My weight and data is going to the wrong account.  Unaccptable.

    I have a similar issue.
My wife was added to my profile at a later stage, and started logging her sports via Apple fitness.

Then the Apple data connection is writing data to the main user, that is, me.

The data API should be changed in such a way that Health can write to a defined target user, and not just to the main one.

I will create a ticket with apple and Withings alike.

I am having the same issue. Just got an app update today for the withings app and it's still doing it. It seems like they would fix this. I also have seen where it's happening to people on all different platforms.

Same problem, unless I want my weight/bmi to be bouncing between my wife's and my data this is useless.

I’ve got the same problem. I spent my entire lunch break yesterday DELETING the measurements. It was all good but the minute I logged into my husbands account all my weights were back in his profile. I DELETED them

It only happens on his account. I don’t get his weights in my account but that’s probably because he doesn’t log into my profile

I’m going to delete them again ( this doesn’t seem to delete them from my profile) and then just never log into his profile and see if that fixes it

@withings. You need to fix this. I’ve had your scales since 2013 and I don’t want to change. But I WILL!

I’m also running into this issue where other members of my family use my Withings scale and then their data is written to my integrated apps and gets mixed in with mine, rendering the output useless. This is a significant bug and needs to be resolved else I can’t share the scales with my family. Thanks

Infuriating. I've removed withings from health app entirely and am looking for an alternative scale. Such a poor design it feels deliberate, probably want us to just use the withings app instead of health app.

I am also giving up on Withings after many years because of this issue.
