Having the same issue with the scale. It’s like the data from the health mate app won’t sync. I can log out and delete and download again and it will sync for another day and then nothing again.

I’m having the same problem with my Withings BP cuff but it’s not new. It has never synched w/ Apple Health. All of my share bettings b/w the two apps are on. The problem is there is no setting to share the BP reading.

I‘ve had multiple Withings scales over the last 10+ years and the Apple Health sync has been frustrating since day 1.
I really wish there was a reliable way to trigger the sync, it’s a shame this doesn’t work and makes a good piece of equipment feel frustrating and unreliable since the feature that is most important to me doesn’t work.

I’m having the same problem my scale no longer syncs to Apple health, but all the data is in the new Wii things app. I’ve turned off sharing exited the app turn sharing back on still nothing reporting back to Apple health.

I was having the same problem. It seems that after you take your reading you need to press once to scroll through each user. Then longer press when the associated person comes up on the screen (only 4 characters show at a time). You should then see a ✔️ that confirms. It should then show up on the appropriate person’s device. At least that’s how it is working for me.

Same issue with my watch. It does not sync and it seems it does randomly once a week… I want to monitor my sleep daily and I can’t. I’m considering to throw away this watch and change brand. Please help!

My body cardio stopped syncing to apple health months ago. Please fix this.

Is there a fix to fix the no-syncing issue? The only place to see my BP is on the cuff in the seconds after the reading.

The only way I can get my BP reading from BPM Connect to Apple Health is that I manually have to put it in. I shouldn’t have to do that for what I paid for the device. Appropriate settings in both apps are checked. I talked with Withings & Apple. Their suggestions did not lead to a resolution. I wonder what other BP device on the market can sync the info. with Apple Health.

Same issues as above which I brought to their attention in November of 2022 with assurances it would be fixed, and yet here we still are. Exercises and weigh-ins sync inconsistently, steps, BP, fitness levels, sleep etc. have all stopped syncing completely or partially now. Sometimes for a day after access allowances are reset they’ll work but it’s been ongoing an issue since the new Withings+ premium services roll out unlike before when it would turn off allowances after an update by mistake. Deleting the app, reinstalling and constantly toggling access doesn’t fix the issue long term.
As someone who purchased an already expensive health scale in 2017 expecting the features it promised would be for a lifetime considering they’re built into the scale, I feel duped by Withings reabsorption from Nokia. I could understand new features, but I think it’s completely unfair it’s become essentially a regular $20 scale so that they can be greedy. They expect people to pay an extra $130 cdn yearly for app “premium services” we already had on top of their already heavily inflated priced health products so they can continue to gouge the consumer while their app still only allows 3 months of data for shared PDFs for practitioners when there should be a complete year review option in my opinion.

It is so hard to reach customer service and to get any solutions for my BP machine to connect to my Health app… I will never purchase another Withings product! To spend this much money on a device that does not sync to my I watch is pathetic… You guys need to fix them problems or you gonna lose a lot of customers.

My BPM connect stopped synching since last year around July. Now I have to enter my readings and it still does not show either in Withings or Health app. I will just stop paying for this app end of this year if nothing changes.

My BPM , and Body Scan have stopped downloading to the ap. Customer support is silent and will not respond. I hope they realize the dissatisfaction with their products that is occuring. At the very least "Support" should at least respond.

Same. If you have an issue be forthcoming and tell us the issue, the plan, and the timeline or may you all go broke steal from your “customers”.

no sync with apple health. The Withings iPhone app ist not useable. it is always ask first to register. let me log in! I am registered.
My password was used as the login name when I first created the account. Please check that!!!
I use the Apple Password Manager.

It’s a shame that Withings has not fixed the issue of the broken sync after I first reported it almost two years now; to make matters worse other people are having the same problem. It doesn’t appear you or Apple are trying to solve the problem. Make it make sense. I’m stuck with a device I can’t use. I’m considering trying to find another BP monitoring company that can sync with Apple Health. Help your customers Withings…you’ve got to do better than this.

My Withings blood pressure device is dead! I have put new batteries in it but see nothing on my screen. Has the device died, been superseded or is it no longer supported on my ipad?

Another frustrated user here. Apple Health will not sync my blood pressure measures despite all settings being correct. I can even see the data entries if I click on Withings within Apple Health sources, but it remains an 'inactive' source. Really disappointing to see the lack of progress (or acknowledgement) on this as it was a key factor in my buying decision, and will definitely affect future buying decisions!

I bought the BPM Connect a month ago or less and it no longer syncs with my iPhone. Can't find any solution.

I can’t add my wife as a user on her phone. Instructions are not clear and setting up is difficult. I’m trying a little longer and if I can’t solve I’m returning to Amazon. Is there’s support center?
