Hi,
I cannot activate athlete mode on my Withings Comp.
I switched it on and off several times in the app.
Waited 24 hours (several days).
Tried the same from the web.
I reset the scale.
Checked the latest firmware.
But the scale will not go into Athlete mode.
Athlete mode worked fine on my previous Body+.
Please help.

Honestly I advise you to return your scale. This scale is a waste of money. I also have this issue and I wish I returned it but I was dealing with life issues during my return period. This scale has as much value as a 12 dollar scale from Walmart right now because they have not updated it to do the one thing it promises to do. This scale has been out since about October and it literally can’t do body composition for “athletes”. They need to update it, give us our money back, or change the name to this scale to reflect that it does not do body composition.
