Setup Fail after battery change

Well, I have tried absolutely everything on offer without joy. I have wasted several hours in the attempts. How can a battery change cause such software mayhem? On three reinstallation/reset/pairing and setup endeavours (of MANY) I actually saw the ‘ready’ with a tick alongside only to step on the scales to find a Setup Hello screen followed instantly by the Setup Failed screen. The Withings Body+ is now headed for the recycling bin. Hugely frustrating.

    I have the same issue. Changed the batteries and now I can’t connect the scale. It goes from hello to setup failed. Please help!

    Exactly the same issue. Junk item and will not be buying Withings again. Very disappointed in quality and support

    You need to unpair the scale from the Bluetooth on your phone. Once done, you'll be able to set up the scale again.
