Thank you for posting. I'm sorry to hear that the LED of your ScanWatch isn't working and the short battery duration. The battery of the ScanWatch is rated to last up to 30 days. However, the use of silent alarm, workout mode, ECG feature, SpO2 feature, respiratory scan, Quick Look feature, and notification feature will impact the watch's battery life. The more the workout mode is used (such as when running or working out) or if you receive many phone, text, or calendar notifications, the less the battery will last in between charges. We have put together a table that shows the different watch features and their impact on power consumption. You can find the table in this article.
For the LED of your watch, I invite you to send contact us here and confirm the following below:
1) If there is or was condensation.
2) If the LED cover is loose or damaged.
