Not getting body fat percentage

It has been a while since the Body + smart scale arrived in the mail. It only shows my weight and not my body fat percentage. The main reason I purchased this product is because it says it can show one's body fat percentage. I have connected it with WIFI and paired it up with my phone, but I am still not getting my body fat percentage results. Can someone help?
