Dear Withings
I recently bought one of your scales (Body Smart), however, it the Body fat% is very inacurate.
It continue to show 20.5% despite being a male, having clear abs and exercise 6 days a week.
Moreover I recently got a blood test showing by body fat % is 7.8%, which also correspond quiet well with some of the other trackers I have been using.
I have tried to clean, reset and other methods as described on your website.

I am also having this issue. Body Fat % stays right at 21% and I just got a more scan done by In-Body and it states 12%. These are HUGE differences and as a male that works out 6 days a week at 6’1 200lbs you’re talking about a ~20lb difference.

This was my second Withings scale - thought I was upgrading but body fat% between my new Body Comp (12%) and my old Body+ (16%) is wildly different. So I went and got a Dexa scan which matched my old Body+ scale. I bought this one on Amazon and will be returning it.
