iOS App Crashing

Hello, I'm running v 6.2.2 of the Health Mate app on iOS 17.3 on an iPhone 13 pro and keep running into a crash state every time I load the app. I deleted the app, reinstalled and it loaded correctly. When i Activated Apple Health syncing, it started crashing again. As long as I don't sync data, the app works fine, so maybe check out the Apple Health sync? I know Apple changes their requirements to sync often so it could be something with that. Just FYI.

    I’ve been experiencing similar crashes. If I try to open windows like Sleep or Heart Rate in the Withings app, it’ll crash the app. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but that didn’t solve it. I’m currently on iOS 17.4

    I'm on 17.3.1 (and 17.3 before), but since yesterday, Withings Health Mate crash by Fitness and Health apps, plus the system settings about Health.

    Version 6.3.0 and the previous version before the today's update.

    Same things, no way to fix, make the iPhones health notifications lost about treatment, this is a serious issue.

    TestFlight version is the same 6.3.0 as the one released, no fix

    after upgrading to 17.4 ios, every time I launch the withing app, my Health and Fintess apps are blank and frozen. I had to delete the app completely to be able to open the Health and Fitness app. Reinstalling did not help. How long can it take to fix this? The app is now completely useless.

    LOL they closed the case lol lol lol but this happen since 17.3 and they don't care.
