Import data from Fitbit

Hello,

I purchased a Withings Scanwatch, and I want to import the data from my former watch, a Fitbit Sense, to my Withings-Account. On your webside, you tell the customers that this is possible. You give even short instructions for use, which unfortunately are useless because when you click on the indicated link, you arrive nowhere. You are just told, that you have to connect to the Withings-App, the Fitbit-App and that then the transfer ist possible or even done. I tried several times, but nothing happened.

Can you confirm, that a transfer of Fitbit-data to Withings is possible? And if yes, can you communicate me the exact procedure?

    Assuming you mean this page link above, underneath the “all done” checkmark is some text that’s hard to see that says “Get Started”. That’s the link you want - should be the below link.

    I can only import steps/distance and will not overwrite any data on days Withings has data already. You’ll get an email when the transfer is done.

    Hi Withings team,

     

    Just an observation “Get Started” almost not visible and might be text colour should be changed ? :)

    Thanks andriy.bohdano! I have been trying to figure this out for days. If I hadn't found this post, I would have never tried to use the tab on the keyboard to find the button. 

    @Withings this is a really big accessibility issue...I can't imagine this is WCAG 2.2 compliant.

    Is anybody at Withings going to reply to this? I have years of weight data in my Fitbit app which I very much want to import into Withings. How do I go about this?
