Heya, I changed the battery. It asked to update the scale and the app.
Since then, I cannot follow the instructions for factory reset as 1) Dissociate your scale from your Health Mate by opening the app and going to Devices > Body+ > Dissociate this product.
There is no devices section, I only have the option to install the device.
I have also got the phone to forget the device and factory reset the scale and same thing happens completely fails.
I think your update has screwed it up. What a piece of garbage.
I cant even submit an email because it wont let me!
