    Hello @holger14,

    Thank you for contacting us. I'm sorry to hear that you are encountering challenges updating the firmware of your ScanWatch 2. Please check and confirm the following:

     

    • Ensure that the latest version of the Withings app is installed on both devices.
    • Make sure both watches are connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Please note that during an update, you must stay near your device, and the mobile application must be running with the update interface visible: don't lock your smartphone, and don't leave the app.
    • Please restart both watches by pressing the crown button until the watch turns off and then restart it again. It takes around 20 seconds to restart the watch.

    Hi!

    * Both phones have app version 6.3.1

    * To be precise -- watch itself can not be connected to WIFI, it is a Bluetooth device isn't it :)
    And yes -- phone and watch are side by side, phone is not locked. As I mentioned, I am able to update my watch and I understand the process :)

    * I have restarted the watch and also reset the watch.
