Does Not Sync with Noom!!!

I bought this terrible scale and app because of the Noom recommendation. I cannot sync them together albeit I’ve read hours of instructions and chats with numerous live reps. Withings tells me it Noom’s responsibility. Noom says it’s Withings responsibility. Of course as always, the customer is caught in the middle. I can connect a TV to several apps and a cable company in 10 minutes but Withings and Noom cannot figure this out with a simple scale. I have read enough comments and should have listened to the past customers who complained. I think both Withings and Noom need to be reported to the Attorney General’s office for fraud . Noom should have done its homework before aligning with a worthless product as Withings.
