I'm having the same issue as a few people here. The scan watch 2 does not charge after a few months of working perfectly fine. Tried two chargers and validated with another watch that does charge perfectly. I used a digital usb monitor to check current - it's only negotiating and the trying once every ten seconds or so. The other watch charges with current somewehere betwee 0.4 and 0.5 A.
Tried to chat with support, but although they say it's open and i should start with 'chat', it seems to be closed and I'm in an indefinite loop there.
Anyone any ideas?
