    I ran into EXACTLY the same problem. Everything stopped syncing, so I did everything as you did. Now I can only access on the webpage.

    its good to hear that its not only me (although not good you are having the issue!) - hopefully it is a backend issue that will get fixed.

    Forgot to add - on the logion process, when it came to 2FA, I wasn't able to try and set up without this - there was a box for SKIP, but it was totally unresponsive.

    Yep! Same thing... I'm stuck with a scale now that I've factory reset. Even tried setting it up with my Mac instead of my phone, and even that won't connect...

    I’m new to the app and can’t ’get started’. When I try to get started with email I never receive an email. When I try Apple- it just stalls and goes back to ’get started’. When I try google I enter my Authenticator app code and it stalls there. I’ve shut it down and retried several times each way and no luck. I wonder if the app is just broken tonight? Super frustrating

    first scale stopped syncing yester day.

    Today i factoy reset, didnt work, the i tried reinstalling the app, and logging in but its stuck at 0% when loging in

    Same issue... when pressing the button for 3 seconds as instructions told me to do, it started the setup process.. it failed twice and I cannot login to my iphone app. The data is in the cloud though so I hope things will be synced back when they've fixed the issue.. .

    no sync since 21.04. today I logged out and i can't login in the app (iOS) Web and Dev portal works fine...

    5 hours after I tried to login, I just received about 5 emails from Withings with a Temp Login Code (even though I selected to login via password) and a load more informing me of modifications to my MFA settings....... I guess something is screwed up on the server side...

    Looks like it’s now resolved- after receiving a bunch of emails, I checked the webpage and todays weight measurement had been synced.

    Tried the the app again and managed to login successfully.

    Would like to know what caused it though.

    My app i still not synced with the website... can I push it somehow?
    I've logged out and in on the app several times. Still nothing from today...
