My weight measurements from my Withings Scale did not sync this morning and so I followed the advice on the support to log out of the app and re log in again.
I now cannot login to the app. Using the IOS version and both OS and app updated top latest versions. After going through the login process (set up 2FA via apple password in settings) and copying the recovery key to the clipboard, I press DONE and nothing happens. If I then exit the app (our even switch to another app) then the whole login process will restart.
I have tried to delete the app and reinstall, rebooted the phone etc etc. All to no avail. I can login successfully via the webpage
A couple of other things I note - from the webpage, I note that it is creating multiple users each time I unsuccessfully try and login (i.e it appears that I am not logging in to my account, just creating a new user in the account). Also when I redo the login process, it asks me for the 2FA verification code after entering my password, which is correct - however later in the login process it asks me to set up 2FA again and creates a new setup code - this means the previous 2FA does not work and I have to delete and redo that.
Please advise.
