New app version stopped tracking heart rate

After updating the Withings app to the 6.4.0 version the heart rate is no longer stored. It shows every morning when I use the Body Comp scale but data is now missing from the app, and in the Heart measurements section the number of elements tracked has in fact gone down from 3 to 2, with the standing heart rate showing as “not measured”. Is that a temporary glitch? How can it be fixed?

    Thanks for letting us know about this. I'm sorry to hear that your heart rate readings from your Body Comp are no longer displaying on the Withings app after the recent update. Could you please check your Online Dashboard at https://bit.ly/3gbeQF0? Once logged in, verify if your heart rate data is appearing correctly there.     Same here. I bought a Body Comp 2 days ago. No heart rate transferred to app. I see my heart rate transferred from my old Body Cardio in 2022 but not from my new Body Comp! I see it on the web site though.

    Also, visceral fat is in the app but not in the web site!

    Any solution?

    I tried to uninstall and reinstall my app twice and it does not transfer my heart rate. I see it on the web site so my scale transfers it. There seems to be a problem with the app.
