    Same issue here with absolute sporadic synchronization between Withings App and Health Connect.
    Regularly and in time the Withings App is writing all documented data into Health Connect - BUT the reading is absolutely sporadic! 
    And this is NOT an access problem.

    This is absolute a no-go - especially if you can't find/get a detailed way of checking or troubleshooting.

    Still the same problem for me. My steps from Google fit are not synced. I do not have any sync und the steps are missing for days and then suddenly it works again for just a sync for one day. But also not all of the data, just a jew steps. 

    Tried to unisntall, resync, checking Google Fit and Health Connect. Nothing works.

    To be honest this is complete garbage, 6 months on and this has not been resolved. As a software developer myself this is kind of embarrasing.

    I use other 3rd party apps such as SmartScaleSync to sync weight to Garmin and that is developed by a solo dev and has worked flawlessly for 5+ years I have been using it so why can't Withings simply read step data with consistancy from the Health Connect API?? The data is there, the permissions are fine, simply read the data??

    Also, why is there not a manual sync option? The ability to request a manual sync once every 24 hours for example would be a perfect solution if for whatever reason a sync trigger is missed but if the current dev team can't fix a simple API read, I can't imagine this ever being implemented...

    Why is this marked as answered??? Just because a Withings Support rep posted that they were "sorry to hear" this is happening and please "click on a link" to get in touch and provide more info, this does NOT constitute as being answered! @Withings... Wake up!!! You have a software problem and you are not addressing the concerns of your customers!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

    Today there was a new update of the app. Lets see if they have fixed the issue. I guess they only update the app every few month. Seems they are not agile and release fixes when they are ready. they collect fixes and release a big update instead of smaller ones... Lets hope there are no isses in this update..

    Now - one year later - the problem comes back!

    The steps will no more sync between Health Connect and Withings App since beginning of August 2025…

    The Sync with Health Connect has startet again yesterday only for yesterday after a Support Ticket was opened on Wednesday.

    I submitted Withings Support #2693049 Withings Android App infrequently writing Activity [Steps] to Google Health Connect by Android since Version 7.6.0 and/or 7.6.1 4 weeks ago, and a Senior Support Specialist got it to investigate it a week ago. I checked Health Connect just now and it is still happening.

    Having problems getting an accurate sync between the withings app and health connect. All permissions are selected but ww app not showing same steps as withings app.

    I'm still having the same problem. But I've discovered something interesting:

    I go to Google's Health Connect app. There, I click on the connected Withings app and go to permissions. I set the slider to Off for all of them. I wait 30 seconds and then activate it again.

    When I now open the Withings app, some entries have been synchronized retrospectively. However, there is ALWAYS a difference of exactly 16 days. I've noticed this over the last few days. Can anyone confirm this?

    I have a Pixel 8 Pro with latest Android (and latest App updates)

    I too am continually frustrated with the sporadic nature of this sync. I have tried everyone permission combo, every help article, removing / re-allowing connections, etc. I live my withings watch but it is useless to me if I can't get the data to samsung health, where I can gain employer incentives for my steps. Fix this please!!

    I contacted Withings and they told me to contact Google - who never got back to me lol. Guess it's time to buy a Garmin!!

    I FINALLY got my steps to sync ok, but Withings won't read any of my Activity/Exercise session data from Health Connect, and I can see the data in Health Connect that's been synced from my Garmin watch.  I would expect more from a premium wellness company.  What's the deal, Withings!?

    I had sync issues between Withjngs and Health Connect and StepUp.

    I went to the StepUp app and pressed "Disconnect Health Connect. " Then i pressed, reconnect Health Connect. A few minutes later it updated.
