Thank you for your message. I'm sorry your VO2 max is not updating on your ScanWatch 2. As the date isn't changing regardless of the workouts you're doing, could you check your data on the Online Dashboard at https://bit.ly/3gbeQF0? If everything is up to date, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app and see if this sorts out the situation.
I'd like to point out as well that VO2 max and Fitness Level scores are calculated only during outdoor walking or running sessions when the user is exercising with their mobile device. This requirement exists because GPS data is needed to compute these scores. You can visit this link for more information.

Hi Toni, thanks for your comment. I am afraid deleting and reinstalling the app didn't help. I have just finished another 10k run with GPS tracking from the phone of course but the VO2Max is still repeating its date and time and value from the 6th of June. Any ideas what else I could do?

Finished another 19k run today but yet no change to the VO2 Max since it got frozen on the 6th of June. As I stated before I have deleted and reinstalled the app but the only behavior now is that after the 6th of June the same VO2 Max value keeps repeating but WITHOUT a time and date stamp. All other training up the the 6th of June were properly tracked with a date and timestamp after the workout. Any new workout after this date just duplicates the value not showing any time stamp….
Maybe this is a valuable information to get some more support? Would be greatly appreciated!
