How do I fix I do not understand what is causing this it gets stuck set up 1/4 I just changed the batterirs past week

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry to hear that your Body Smart got stuck in setup screen mode. Could you please remove the scale from the Bluetooth settings of your mobile phone and reinstall the scale on the Withings app? I CHANGED MY batteries in my scale and now it's I don't know how to get it back online.It has set up and a few different languages on there.But I don't see how I can set it back up to Get it back online.I need it HELP!!!
