Does anyone have email addresses for execs at this company?  Their customer service is horrible, and I was just told by one of the supervisors to effectively go screw myself and there was nothing she would consider doing to assist me.  Time to take things to the next level.

    yes same....impossible to get a real person to assist with their products. I will try this email maybe a human will see it

    that email came back as no longer monitored....looks like it's impossible to connect with a real person. AI chat wont connect me because I refused to proved access to my health data as it's unrelated to the scale issue.

    Withings keeps promoting untested app updates. Latest isn’t reporting BMI on Apple devices. Impossible to contact Withings in a reasonable amount of time. Poor service.
