    Thank you for posting. I'm sorry you're unable to reconfigure your Body+ after a battery replacement.  I appreciate your efforts in trying to sort out the matter, and I apologize for the lack of response to your emails. Could you please go to the 'Settings' of your device, select Bluetooth, and find 'Body **' in the list of devices? To the right of 'Body **' you will see a blue 'i' icon. Select this icon, select 'Forget this device, and then confirm. Once you have done this, please visit https://bit.ly/3vPZERY and follow the steps for instructions on configuring your scale for Bluetooth use.

     

    When going through the Bluetooth setup, please ensure that your iOS device remains within 5 feet of the scale until the setup is complete. Kindly refrain from touching the scale unless the app says so, and if the scale jumps from setup to Setup Failed again, please remove the batteries for one minute, then reinsert them. After that, continue with the setup process.
