I have been using the Withings App for a long time and love it. I use the Body Scan and also keep track of my steps with the apple watch. I use the sleep function. For about a month, the app is not syncing properly. At first I was not getting the syncing with Body Scan and would not get the most recent weight. I reached out to the support and I was told that they released a new version. Since I upgraded to the new version, I now do not get syncing with the steps and all the functions do not appear in real time. I sign out of my account and it hangs on 6% and then turned off my iphone all together. It is extremely difficult to be able to sync each time. Customer Support is not responsive and they even closed my case without waiting for my response. What is going on with Withings? So disappointed. Any suggestion to get the app up and running again???? and how can I get customer support to respond?
