    I could not agree more. I have opened several tickets about this. Withings either does not respond and marks the ticket "Resolved" or bangs on about synching Health mate with the Withings app which is irrelevant. The problem is data is not syncing between the iPhone and the Withings server. They must be aware of the problem or they would not suggest updating to the latest version of the app. They have even suggested deleting the app and reloading it. This is a brain dead solution because if you delete the app you lose all your data  that have not synched with the Withings server. Very frustrating.

    Also problem with my android phone samsung 23 - the app shows the same weight for days and the weight show 50% less fat than my other to weight´s do :-(

    I’m having the same problem. If i log with the web app I get weight ins from 2013 (that are not mine) and it appears that I lost all my data. Where is the support?
