I have a new BPM Connect. I have set it up and it is working. However, I have some questions to which I can cannot find answers in your online help documents.
One thing that seems clear is you do not offer any kind of live (human) phone support. Is this correct? If it is available, can you provide the support phone number?
I tried your 'live chat', but all it does is cycle back to online help documents. Do you still offer live chat? (Again, by 'live', I mean live human). If so, can you provide explicit instructions on how to initiate a live chat for support?
I tried the link for email support, but, like the 'live chat' link, it just seems to cycle back to online help documents, it does not give the email for customer support. If there is customer support by email, what is that email address?
