    Hello Benjamin,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing unexpectedly rapid battery drain on your ScanWatch, losing at least 35% of its charge daily.

While the ScanWatch battery is designed for up to 30 days of use,  features like the silent alarm, workout tracking, ECG, SpO2, respiratory scans, and notifications all consume power.  The "Always On" setting for respiratory scans, for instance, significantly reduces battery life to around five days.  Frequent use of workout tracking or receiving many notifications will also shorten battery life between charges.  This increased power consumption could be contributing to the reduced battery life you're experiencing.  We have a support article detailing how different features impact power consumption.

    Have a nice day,

I have same problem. Reset watch and turned off all functions, brightness set to lowest.
This is a repeat of an old issue that was fixed and is now back after recent updates.

Same here. Just like earlier when it was program problem. Watch battery last now only one week (earlier it has been easily 3 weeks with same settings, notification turned off). Scanwatch1 and samsung s24 phone (I had scanwatch now many years - this is my second scanwatch). Hope that you make update that fix this issue.

I have now the same issue, first time. SW2 battery dropping 40% a day, no settings changed. Previously it has lasted three weeks with no problem. What to do?

Same here, I haven't changed any settings in 2 years, but suddenly my scanwatch went from 3 weeks to 1 week battery lifetime
