I recently purchased a Withings ScanWatch 2, and I’m experiencing an issue where I don’t receive caller ID or message content on my watch. I have already performed a factory reset and followed all the troubleshooting steps outlined on your website, but the issue persists.
I have verified that:
•Notification permissions are enabled on my phone and in the Withings app.
•Bluetooth is properly connected, and I have tried unpairing and re-pairing.
•Do Not Disturb is disabled on both my phone and watch.
•The firmware and app are up to date.
•Battery optimization settings are adjusted to allow background activity.
Despite these steps, the problem remains. Could you please provide further assistance or confirm if this is a known issue?
