I am considering purchasing either ScanWatch 2 or ScanWatch Nova. I wanted to ask if the Nova has better sensors, or in general, performs better than ScanWatch 2? Because otherwise, it makes more sense to buy the ScanWatch 2 with a metal strap than the Nova.

    Thanks for your message. I am glad to know about your interest in our ScanWatch 2 and ScanWatch Nova. Both watches share the same functionality and only differ in their physical design. That said, both watches have the same sensor.

    Hi Ayush,

    I have a Scanwatch Nova since February.
    As I understand it, the hardware/sensors of both is the same, apart from the design.
    As you might have noticed on the Withings website for support & maintenance it's 1 category "Scanwatch 2 / Nova", the same for the forum.
    Also in the Withings app on my phone, my Scanwatch Nova is shown as a Scanwatch 2.

    The metal bracelet of the Nova is really nice & I also fell for the diver watch lay out .. ;-)
