Handle Not Retracting

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that the cable on the handle of your Body Scan doesn't retract, and measure your weight accurately. Please ensure that the handle is in the correct orientation and that the cord is not twisted (the L printed on the handle should be on the left side of the scale, and the R should be on the right side). Once done, fully extend the cord and see if it now retracts and can be properly pulled again. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at https://bit.ly/3Lg5tPL. Withings finally came back to me with a refund as it is a hardware issue and replacement could not ship to UAE where i purchased it from Amazon .
