Yeah, it's pretty apparent that Withings is not interested in providing customer support. I've been waiting to chat with someone for ages, have signed on to chat about my issue at least twice now, and have received absolutely no helpful solutions.

agreed i've got people saying they responding but not appearing in my chat window 

So far they have the worse customer service ever. They won’t answer questions and they won’t fix my scale. They are incapable of troubleshooting their own product. So they have no more answers so they stopped responding.

HATE, HATE, HATE that I spent almost $2,000 on a scale and two watches for a very sick child and myself at the request of my son's doctor, and need customer service and can't get adequate customer service on the phone. Absolutely WOULD NOT recommend product for this reason alone.  Instead, they send you to a forum to make you scramble around with other people who are lost.  Are you freaking kidding me?  Doesn't make me want to purchase other products either.  Come on, people.
