    Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are getting the BRx3 message on your BPM Connect. I value the steps you took to try to resolve this matter.

     

    I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Note that the BRx3 message indicates that your monitor is in advanced mode, meaning it will take your blood pressure measurements 3 times in a row. You may disable this feature by:

     

    • Quickly pressing the button on the monitor. The screen displays "BP x3".
    • Press and hold the button of BPM Connect until "BP" appears on the screen.
    • Press the button again to start a measurement.
    • Please remain still during the measurement process.
