After a week my Timeles Chic has stoped tracking activity and there is no Bluetooth connection. When I press the button there is no reaction. But the watch is showing the correct time ;)
Is there a way I can reset the watch? Or must I send the watch back to the store?

It's kinda strange that your Timeless Chic doesn't respond at all when pressing the button. Resetting it is easy but without reaction from from the watch resetting it wouldn't be easy. I suggest contacting Withings on this link and have them check this for you: https://within.gs/help.
