Desktop Site not functioning

When i attempt to log into the https://healthmate.withings.com/xxxxxxx/timeline the page continually refreshes.  It will show the three dots at the top of teh page as if it is loaded then refresh immediately and is caught in an endless loop.  I have tried to access via Chrome, Firefox & IE but the endless loop occurs on all browsers.  

Extremely frustrating.

    It is odd that you tried it on another browser but the same issue occurred. Have you tried using incognito or what they call "in private browser"?

    Just got the Body Cardio two days ago.

    This used to work.

    I logged into the desktop website today and got the same endless refreshing loop.

    Please fix this already.

     

    Using Firefox 77.0.1 @ Win10.
