    It happens to me before but with my Steel watch instead. I found out that my phone still has the old watch in my Bluetooth settings. You should try to forget or remove it from your Bluetooth settings. I hope this works with you as well.

    I'm just seeing this problem but it is my wife's new watch. Every time I open the health mate app it tries to pair. We have a family account and the watch is set as her watch. It is close to unusable.

    I am seeing the same thing. New scan watch, gave my steel he to my son. My son paired the steel with his phone. His steel does not show up in Bluetooth devices on my phone. Our family uses the same account as we share a scale, thermometer, and blood pressure cuff. My phone get bombarded with pairing requests whenever my son’s steel is in range
