I get it, it's Christmas and everything. But listen Withings folks, in an age of Amazon same day delivery, the consumer market expectations are something you're not meeting. I ordered 1 sleep monitor matt on the morning of 16 December hoping to get it in time to wrap it and gift it to my sister. I own one and love what that product does. But here we are, 22 December, a Sunday, which doesn't give me enough time to get it to her before the 25th. I get it, I was late, and it's my fault. And to be honest, not an emergency by any stretch of the imagination. But when things I purchased online 3 days after the Withings order in my hands already, it makes your fullfillment capabilities look amateurish. The first step is probably the fact that orders knowingly don't ship for 1-3 days after the order. 3 days!?
