You can try following the steps explained in this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/235670168. I hope this helps.

    Hi,

This did not help in the end.

All other notifications (whatsapp, calendar) are working properly.

Unfortunately, this is really bad user experience because I'm used to keeping my phone on silent and I keep missing calls.

Is there any other way to fix this, perhaps even some kind or remote access, because in general watch is really great and I even thought on buying sport model

    Thank you

    Ozren

Also, perhaps on the next software release you could remove active call and missed call notifications.

From customer perspective, they are unnecessary since active call is vibrating when you answer a call and missed when other side hangs up (and if you have been notified while ringing it is redundant).

This way only possible notification for calls would be ringing and watch would not have a possibility to switch between these notifications.

    Would that be possible?

I also have experienced this issue. I find that when my phone is in Silent mode, my watch does not always notify me of incoming calls. Silent mode should not be the same as Do-not-disturb mode, it should be the same as Ring mode. My *watch* is always in Silent mode and it should behave the same whether or not my phone is in Silent. In fact, it does behave the same as far as other notifications are concerned. It's only incoming call notifications that are broken when the phone is in Silent mode.

I've had the watch on android for over 3 yrs now, and am about to upgrade, however this issue is holding me back. I can only think it is the software, as, back about 3 yrs ago, it used to work with the custom event tool. Withings, please fix what should be a little configuration of event type monitoring..

By way of a brief update... I have found that, when my phone is in Silent mode, my watch does in fact *sometimes* notify me of incoming calls. I've never been able to identify any contributing factor, it just seems to be a randomly intermittent issue. Very frustrating...

We are having this problem too... no watch notification for incoming WhatsApp calls (on Android), just when the caller hand up with a missed call. As others have noted a serious problem so disappointing that It appears unresolved after 3 months. If it helps all other notifications are working, including the equivalent in Signal, so may well just be an issue with Withings and Whatsapp
