Home camera

Hello. I hawe a home camera and this product not light on. Power supply its ok, camera i think is on because warned up little. Its posible to factory reset or make some update firmware from back usb slot? How to reset if no led powered ok? I plug the ethernet cable and i have activity link on his port, so camera is powered. Thnx for help.
