Until November 2019, my scale would connect to wifi and sync with the app on my iPhone. Following software updates, to either or all (the scale/app/ios) the scale no longer connects to my 2.4ghz wifi network which my phone is also connected to.
the network name does not appear on the list when I try to update wi-fi settings.
if I do a reset (hold button until Hello screen appears) it will connect at setup stage. After that fails to connect.
any thoughts or ideas what can be done?
