Same here. This is the whole reason I bought the Body+, to be able to sync to 3rd party apps thru IFTTT. Withings, is this going to get fixed. Please advise, respond, etc.

Yep I'm having exactly the same problem.  Just bought the Body+ scales and this is happening to me which is disappointing!

I was hoping to be able to connect the scales to Google Calendar as that is how my wife prefers to track her weight.

It would be great to know someone was at least looking at this?  I'm unsure if it's IFTTT's end, or Withings, but if I were a betting man I'd say it's not IFTTT :-)  Any chance of at least a comment or acknowledgement from you guys?  This thread is ~3 weeks old and hasn't had a response/resolution.

FYI anyone watching this thread, I contacted customer support and got this response:

    Hello Rob,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I am sorry to hear that you cannot connect the HealthMate app to IFTTT. I will do my best to help you.

Please allow me to inform you that we had been informed by the IFTTT that they are in the middle of migrating to a new system and this is the reason why you are receiving these error messages.

Please know that the migration should be completed in the coming week, we will update you once we have received confirmation that the issue has been resolved

Hoping for your patience and understanding in this regard.

Shortly after this email, you may receive an email with a brief survey about our interaction today and we would be really appreciative if you could provide us with some feedback on your experience. Here, at Withings, we highly value your feedback. Once again thank you for contacting Withings.

Thank you and have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Rey

I have tried connecting again today and the result has changed, but it doesn't work still.  Now I do get redirected to Withings' site, but then get stuck in an infinite 302 redirect loop during the user authentication process....  I will wait a week and if not resolved will contact them again!

    I’ve got the same issue.
IFTTT not connecting and when I try to login I can caught in a redirect loop that Safari eventually bins out.

Any help/suggestions as I use the IFTTT integration to use my weight data in a number of other apps.

This was working until 17/2/2020 and I now get the errors with too many redirects.

Can someone please look into this issue as it is very annoying.

    Please Fix this ASAP.

Same type of problem. Each time IFTTT attempts to connect, I get redirected to the Withings site for authentication, enter my credentials, then back to IFTTT, it try’s to connect, back to Withings authentication, rinse and repeat.  Please fix this and notify me when it is fixed.  Worked up until Feb 18, 2020.

This is not an IFTTT problem, but rather Withings doing something with their web app and web services. Too many redirects would point usually to a bad configuration of the webserver or some error (more commonly) in the app. Not much we can do except report it and wait...

Just adding myself to the list of users with this issue. Mine has been working flawlessly for over 2 years up until 2/18/2020

Got a reply from Withings' support - apparently, they are aware of the issue and working with IFTTT to resolve it. Let's hope sooner rather than later...

Count me in the working until February 18th group... I get "Can't connect with withings please try again later. "
I hope it's fixed soon. I use the integration almost daily.

Yet another report on this integration that stopped working on Feb 18... Will Withings prioritize fixing this?

Just looked at my other apps and since the 18th Feb weight data does not seem to be syncing with the Apple Health App, MyFitnessPal or FitBit.

Ditto. Can’t connect and it’s sending me annoying messages reminding me to do what it won’t let me do. How hard can this be to fix? Has the company gone under?

I am having same issue, will not connect with IFTTT and I keep getting notified via email from IFTTT that Withings is offline and if not reconnected it will be disabled.  When is this going to be fixed?

I've been getting same type of e-mails since Feb 18/19, 2020. I've "reconnected" Withings, but the applets still produce an error.

I'm seeing the same error, "too many redirects"  between developer.withings.com and account.withings.com.

    Occurred since the 17th.

    Adding my pennies worth-

I have tried to route scale measurements via Fitbit in order to get them to Apple Health and Strava via an indirect route, but this does not work either.

Despite the fact that the relevant connectors don't come back with any errors when tested....

Its obviously a problem with the Withings service not passing the data out to any of the other partner apps.

Hard to believe that they have taken this long to resolve it. But then I guess its not seen as a priority. Maintaining the core app is probably top of the agenda. This is just whistles and bells stuff in comparison, but it could end up losing them customers...

I for one am considering dumping both my scales and BP monitors for something a bit more progressive....
