Wi Fi Scale cannot update on MAC

I have changed my wifi and can't update my Wi Fi Body Scale on my MA OS CATALINA.  I have read all the posts complaining of the same problem and am so disappointed, my scales have worked fine for years and I don't need a new one, just the ability to change the wifi code. It looks like I have to leave Withings now as they don't seem to have bothered to provided an update to make it compatible with the updated MAC operating system.  What a pity, I really enjoy using my scales, I might well have bought a new one eventually but now feel reluctant to do so just to make more money for Withings when they haven't bothered to update their offer, what happened to customer loyalty is this no longer valued?

    You may try updating the Wi-Fi configuration of your scale using a different computer with compatible operating system.

    Hi I tried to do this on an old Mac and it still didn’t work so I dug out my almost obselete old Windows computer which I haven’t used for many years and I was able to update the WiFi successfully so thank you for the advice.

    Or Withings could stand by their product and recompile their updater every decade or so. Its been so long they actually have an installer for PPC Macs, which haven't been sold in nearly 14 years. It's a bit ridiculous I'm expected to bother someone so I can come in their house with my grody bathroom scale and re-pair it.

    8 months later still no update for 64 bits. Will never ever advice anyone to buy Withings scales as the company is only caring about sales and has no service. Used it 9 years, Company should be ashamed of such behaviour.
