I recently contacted customer support and they told me that if the heart rate is less than 50 bpm, the ECG recording will be inconclusive. They added that this cannot be modified.

Mine is frequently less than 50 bpm when I'm asleep, usually in the 45 - 47 bpm range.  I take 2 x 1.25mg Bisoprolol for my AF, and this is one of the effects.  Of course, I don't take my ECG while I'm asleep, and only know this due to also having a Fitbit with pulse monitor.
