I have returned the watch.

With no useful support from Customer centre I had no choice as the product does not work.

I don't know what happened to your watch but you should try to get ScanWatch instead. I saw the product in social media. You might be interested. I've been using my Steel HR for a while now and I think I wanna get another one and give this current watch to my sister for her to try out.
