    It is possible that the Bluetooth connection between the app and the watch got interrupted. I encountered this only once before but I just removed the watch from my Bluetooth settings and reopen the app. It magically fixed.

    Steps I have already tried:

    1. Uninstalled and reinstalled the health mate app

    2. Forgot device in Bluetooth and reestablished Bluetooth

    3. Powered phone off and back on again

    The only thing that worked was a factor reset of the watch.

    Why do they have this marked as "answered"??? My issues have not been answered or addressed. 

    Another issue that has surfaced - when my watch is below 20% charge, notifications stop working.

    Try contacting the Withings support using this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. They should be able to help you with this.
