I just charged my Pulse HR for the 1st time (other than when I received it via Amazon) and all notifications stopped going to my watch. I had to delete the App and do a factory reset on the watch to get the notifications working again. I have an iPhone 8+ with iOS 13.3.
Why did this happen? I have seen several posts on this support site with this same issue. Is this going to keep happening every time I charge it? Why has withings not updated their software to prevent this from happening?
I love my watch and my sleep mat. Please don't make me return them to go to a different company.
Steps I have already tried:
1. Uninstalled and reinstalled the health mate app
2. Forgot device in Bluetooth and reestablished Bluetooth
3. Powered phone off and back on again
The only thing that worked was a factor reset of the watch.
Why do they have this marked as "answered"??? My issues have not been answered or addressed.
Another issue that has surfaced - when my watch is below 20% charge, notifications stop working.
