If you feel that your sleep data is not accurate, you have the power to edit your sleep data. My cousin shared this article on their website https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001790967-Steel-HR-Steel-HR-Sport-Editing-my-sleep-data  on how to edit your sleep data for activity trackers and sleep sensor. Try it!

Yes, I know about this feature.

How do I know when I fell asleep? I know when I went to bed and tried to sleep, I want the watch to tell me when I actually did. Fitbit implement this ages quite nicely and reports on how long you took to fall asleep, quite valuable information for sleep tracking and habit monitoring (i.e. did I actually sleep, or did I end up on my phone?)

+1 for manual sleep tracking for people without activity trackers or sleep mats
