Watch doesn't work!

    Did you try a hard reboot? 

     

    Press and hold the button on the watch for 15-20 seconds. Continue to hold the button as the watch cycles through the screens, until the screen turns off. The screen will turn back on and display "Hello!" when the reboot is complete.

     

    I tried that and it worked!

    My Withings Move stopped working about a month ago. It is only @ 5/6 months old. I tried the hard reboot as was suggested to someone else (holding the button in). This did not work. The watch is frozen.

    For me the reboot worked for a couple of work outs - then back to the same. I got so frustrated - I can understand your frustration - so I contacted Whithings - a lengthy procedure requiring serial numbers etc. We had a little back and forth and no different suggestions so I requested a replacement. They asked me to wait for the software upgrade which would apparently sort out the problem - this was now some 6 months after my complaint. There was no resolution.

    They provided a way to get a replacement - I had to pay for the shipping!!!!!! Long story short - less than a year after the original purchase and 8 months after my initial - complaint and having paid international shipping charges a new watch arrived. I haven't used it.

    I bought an Apple watch instead - easier interface, reliable and much better for my blood pressure!! I'm sorry I acnnot be more helpful
