    Have you tried to contact again the Withings customer support to check the status of your order? You can reach them by clicking this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

    I did, and spoke with 3 representatives. Their customer service is really terrible when it comes to assisting with items that you purchase directly from Withings/Nokia. The item I purchased was never released after purchasing to the shipper. The shipper; UPS confirmed this, and I just kept getting the runaround from each Withings/Nokia representative. Please beware if anyone orders direct and the product doesn't ship as you will be in for a nightmarish process trying to get it resolved.
