I have the same problem.
My run in Health Mate shows up correctly as
Duration: 1:11:12
Distance: 8.6kmAnd in Strava as:
Duration: 45:17
Distance: 8.56kmI can understand small variations in the distance as explained in a support article, but having a nearly 30min discrepancy in the duration seems really wrong.

This seems to come from Strava's interpretation of the data. In Strava the default setting is that only "active" time is calculated, but for some reason the threshold seems off and some of the time coming from Withings is calculated as inactive.
You can get the correct time by editing the activity in Strava and setting the type to "race".
It's annoying that you have to do this manually for every activity. There's been some discussion about this on Strava forums but they seem unwilling to fix it.
I believe the situation could be at least improved if both Withings and Strava would attenpt to resolve it together, but honestly I don't see that happening.
