Healthmate records gps connected run as 5km, 38:57, 7:50min/km

When exported to Strava it shows the same GPS plotted route, with the times as 4.97km, 30:51, 6:12min/km

Odd... makes me look very fast on Strava but sadly I'm not! Lol

    Please look into this.

    I have the same problem.

My run in Health Mate shows up correctly as
    Duration: 1:11:12
    Distance: 8.6km

    And in Strava as:
    Duration: 45:17
    Distance: 8.56km

I can understand small variations in the distance as explained in a support article, but having a nearly 30min discrepancy in the duration seems really wrong.

I've also got the same problem. For a 7.7km run which took me 39:20min according to withings it ist 35:46 minutes in Strava. Distance seems to be about the same, but the time does not seem to be correct.

I see this post more than half year without answer. Did anyone find out how to have the same information in healthmate and in strava? I'm experiencing the same incorrections by run sessions.

This seems to come from Strava's interpretation of the data. In Strava the default setting is that only "active" time is calculated, but for some reason the threshold seems off and some of the time coming from Withings is calculated as inactive.

You can get the correct time by editing the activity in Strava and setting the type to "race".

It's annoying that you have to do this manually for every activity. There's been some discussion about this on Strava forums but they seem unwilling to fix it.

I believe the situation could be at least improved if both Withings and Strava would attenpt to resolve it together, but honestly I don't see that happening.
