watch died , suddenly

    Try following the steps explained in this website https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031652673. I hope this helps.

    I have the same problem, and did all the steps as described in the link above. I still have a dead Steel HR. It has been dead since january 27. It was a gift from my two sons christmas -18, so a little over one year is an extremely poor life span.

    the watch i have was a gift as wel. but i doesn't work and no help from withings. 1 have been busy for a new watch for 1 year and no help at all. it's frustrating and i think that they will never help . that's my opinion .

    even here on the company website there is almost no help . i think that that's the answer.

    Seems like this is a classic case of typical french(?) corporate arrogance. "Un fault? Non, non, c'est impossible. Notre produit est tojour parfait". Pardon my french... ;-)
